Not really an interview. The Interviewer knew less about the matter than me. They needed people with skills and at the same time willing to work odd schedules. At the time they knew me for about a year. I was offered the job but not really put on the schedule due to somebody from ASU faculty wanting to have their kid in this position. It turned out that the "kid" did not show up at work and after two no shows they called me up to save the day...pretty crummy behavior. And they told me about it "unofficially" that they had their hand tied up with this because of the ASU pulling strings and favors...
