Face to face interview with the design manager and hr was based around my experience and roles with the design department and had to do explain my roles in other company’s and need to be able to use CAD

The interview process was fairly relaxed, but still professional. The Interviewers wanted to get a clear insight into how I dealt with complex issues that customers may have, and how I could resolve them in the most efficient way.
