Entrevista
Applied online. HR interview was for about 30 minutes via Teams Meeting and then online coding exam via Codility platform. The interview process was quite fast. Got the invitation for HR interview within 10 days of application.

Entrevista
1. Application/Resume Screening
What happens: Recruiters or hiring managers review submitted resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
Goal: Filter out unqualified applicants.
2. Initial Screening (Phone or Video)
What happens: A recruiter conducts a short interview (15–30 minutes) to discuss your background, resume, and interest in the role.
Goal: Confirm basic qualifications and communication skills.
The interview includes a C++ test with some questions about algorithms and other ones about programming concepts. This was followed by many discussions with the hiring managers in addition to human resources. Everything went good and overall it was a very nice experience with such a good company.
