I got a call from the HR department and I presented for a verbal interview. The current HR Manager took the first round and asked a few simple questions about then I met with the CEO for the next and final round. CEO Started with pretty simple questions and I answered it all very ease. Most of the time he asked what I think about many different situations. I just realized I started contradicting my previous statement however these were different but somehow related. The level of questions was changed to the discussion, Every part of the discussion was a kind of series. In this interview, I just realized I never had a clear mindset about my roles and responsibilities and I wasted my 5-6 years by just making the excel sheets and meeting the compliances. In just 15 minutes I had a realization that I will not get this job. I am impressed, so will come again for an interview soon.
