Interview process was a bit "slapdash", but the position to be filled was unusual. It was for a position that required experience with both TMForum frameworks and good familiarity with a particular CRM package that has ended its life. I've experience with both.

It's 4 rounds with technical discussion and cto discussion overall it's easy rounds the interview process initially the hr will screen and later one technical and second technical they will ask for office visit and then later cto discussion will happen through virtual
The interview process evaluates problem-solving, system design, coding skills, AI/agentic understanding, architectural thinking, communication, and real-world application through technical, behavioral, and scenario-based discussions. I have very good experience with it

They focused on how I design real-world solutions—specifically explaining my thought process, trade-offs, and decision-making when solving a complex problem, not just the final answer
Everything is organized in a proper way and the first round is technical and second round of interview is Types of questions: more on behavioral (e.g., “Tell me about a time when…”), Situational/hypothetical. Technical deep dives or case studies.
