Excelent interview, they were very open minded and flexible and still professional. Showed me empathy and encourage me to give my best, that help to create and relaxed environment that helped me to succeed.
It was good but very lengthy and also no HR is responding properly and there is proper rules and regulations for that. Doesn't care about candidates time and effort. Even though it's an MNC it should improve the quality of interview doesn't value the efforts
First round is with hr, its pretty basic.
Second round is Voice and accent: where they check Talking and writing skills, with ivr.
Last round is with the Operations manager.
