Never heard back form HR after document submission! It was a scheduled drive, I was shortlisted through a job portal and called for an interview over the weekend(Saturday). It took hours before my turn could come up, I had waited from 11 am through 4pm. There was one technical interview with questions from core Java and core of Spring framework. I was asked to explain the current and previous project and why I wanted to make a change in my employer. The technical round was followed by a form and then a HR interview which went through their salary and incentive system(10% of your CTC, dolled out on a monthly basis, 60 % would be sure rest 40% depends on whether you're billed or not) The HR asked for a soft copy of my documents with a promise that he will take it further on Monday and I can expect an offer by the end of the week. Well, so much for that! It's been over 3 weeks now and I haven't heard from him.
