Tech Mahindra Limited conducted a walk-in interview at Pune location on Sunday Oct 24. I received a email that I have been short listed for walk-in interview. There were many candidates for different streams such as Development, Testing and further categorization in number of years in testing. I had 8+ years experience and the job required 8 years and I had more experiencein development but I have applied for Testing position so that was suffice. I done successfully in interview answers all questions. I was told I was selected and there will be HR round. In HR round I was offered 10.5 Lakhs per anum salary and asked if its acceptable if yes need to sign as accepted. I did. HR said and further communication from the company within the next week. I submitted all xerox copies for all experience letters. I was happy that I got the job. Its now more than a month there is no communication from the company. I was called next week again to refill the job applications with exact start and end dates in the day month year format which I did. The offer in the email after that never came. The interview process and the offer negotiation and acceptance etc..
