Applied online and after 2 weeks suddenly got a call from a manager asking for interview time. It was a 15 minutes discussion around resume and skills. Interviewer said you for 2nd round you will get a call in 3 4 days as we are good to proceed.. It's been 3 weeks and no call.

The campus recruitment process was extremely confusing and poorly managed. Initially, we were told there would be 3 rounds, but 5 rounds were conducted. After clearing the technical and HR interviews, I received confirmation of selection. Surprisingly, after around 2 weeks, the company added two additional rounds (psychometric and coding along with communication), which I also cleared. Despite receiving confirmation emails, it has been over 10 months and I still haven’t received my offer letter. Communication is inconsistent, and the hiring process is indefinitely delayed.
