technical round of interview then had detailed discussion with technical sme and then had project round and followed by hr round . They target basics and then will do deep dive into technology and if interview is tool specific need to concentrate on the customization techniques

Worst, interviewer is late and the round was rapid fire for 7 mins and disappeared from the call. Worst experience ever. Techm should focus on interview process to make candidate to feel they are in right place
