Interview started with a simple introduction where you will be seated in a group of 20 and they will call your name and ask questions. After that they will shortlist candidates who are selected for the next round. In the next round there will be a group discussion on a specific topic and that will be last round.

Good and nice experience of 3 rounds and managerial round at last . The whole interview process is very good. Every round is easy all three rounds . Anyone can Crack the interview if they have good communication skills

Basically, It contains three rounds first two manager round which tests your communication and ability to solve customers query on chat because It's a chat process and then one assesment round which test your english skills. All are eliminations round you have to be give answer quickly yet correctly.
