Interview was tough. But, they were looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience, one can't complain. I got direct call from the HR. 1st level interview was scheduled over the phone and two interviewers were on the call. They started with a bit on theory and then asked a lot of practical questions. Made me draw some weird LAN/WAN topologies on paper and asked several questions based on that. However, they were open to answers that weren't exactly meeting with what they had in their minds. They seemed satisfied if you were able to back/defend your answers with a good logic.

The interview process was smooth and completed quickly, consisting mainly of networking-based questions covering protocols and troubleshooting scenarios, along with Python coding problems focused on automation, debugging, and logical problem-solving.
