The overall process of slection was quite good.
It started with the Online Aptitude Test which involved the Quantitative & Verbal Tests of 40 minutes each.
The english has quite many number of questions.
The selected candidates were made to face a Technical Interview which involved skills evaluation & also testing your skills on some problem soling techniques.

Define a clear path of solving a given Pointer related problems without it ?
it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative

The interview was conducted by a senior person who was very kind and polite. He asked me technical questions as well as behavioral aspects. He was trying to understand the overall personality.

Technical Interview - moderate question related to Tech stack required by project or mentioned in Resume. Once it is clear, Next round will be Manager Interview. This might be less Technical but can expect few Technical or scenario based questions followed by HR Interview at last
