      Entrevista

      The first interview is with AI; it’s like your typical first contact with HR, but with a very good AI. Honestly, I actually liked this format because you can take the interview whenever you want. The questions are about your experience and past projects. After that, they sent me a small take-home technical test with a few React-related questions and a short exercise. After passing that stage, they scheduled my first technical round with a lead. It was a really good experience; the interviewer was friendly the whole time, and I think we had a good connection. He asked about my experience and how I’ve solved problems in my day-to-day work. At the end, there was a small React exercise, the typical task of rendering something by consuming an API. The second round was with a VP. It was also a good experience, but this time it was a coding interview that lasted about 50 minutes. It was similar to the previous one but longer. I don’t think it was particularly difficult; I believe I struggled mainly because of nerves. The interviewer, although a bit more serious, was still very kind. They informed me that I didn’t get the position, which I appreciate. The only downside of the process, in my opinion, is that it felt a bit odd to have two coding challenges but no deeper technical questions.
