Was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, the JD matched my skillset to the T, so the recruiter did a good job in narrowing down my profile. I expressed interest and was immediately sent an AI interview to complete. The AI interview was also a good experience, quite relevant questions. And then I had a final round 1 hour virtual interview with a senior leader, very informal and friendly. They submitted my profile to the client, for consideration, however, did not get selected there. The rejection email from Tech Holding also offered an explanation as to why I did not get it. Very responsive team, and good friendly people. Overall a really good experience.
