Applied on their website. In 3 business days received a LinkedIN request from their HR from the USA. She asked me to send her my CV, even though I'd already sent it via their website. I sent. Then she called me in some 20 minutes, briefly interviewed. Asked if I was ready for another phone interview in several hours. I agreed, however noone called me.

The first round of the interview process involves a phone screening interview, while the second round consists of a more in-depth technical interview conducted via Zoom with the hiring manager and a team member.
Quick and easy, short time between the interviews. Firstly I met a manager and introduced myself etc, then a more technical interview with a small group of managers where my skills and language were tested
