There are 2 rounds . One with the hiring manager and the second round with the product director and HR. There was a recruiter who will prescreen your resume. The first round will ask your previous relevant experience in distribution or with partner.

You have fall short of 30% to your target in last month. Your manager require you to patch up
the fall short in next 3-month. What strategies would you implement to achieve this target?
After submitting my application online, a recruiter reviewed my resume and contacted me for an initial phone interview. This conversation focused on my background and interest in the role. Following this, I was invited for an in-person interview at their Clearwater, FL headquarters. The interviewers were professional and posed a mix of behavioral and situational questions. They emphasized the importance of thorough preparation, such as researching the company and practicing responses to common questions. After the interview, I promptly sent thank-you emails to express my appreciation. Once selected, I underwent a background check and drug screening, which took about a week. Overall, the process was transparent and efficient, leaving me with a positive impression of the company

It was fairly simple and straightforward. Very personable and easy to talk to . They made me feel comfortable and able to open up. They made sure it was a least stressful as possible.
