Entrevista
Very informal. Ask some behavioral questions and prior sales experience. They also seem to look for cultural fit in terms of having an energetic personality, loving tea (though some of my colleagues hated tea and only drank coffee...), and if you're willing to sell a lot. To be honest, the interviews are so subjective, you'll probably get the job easily if you're likable and seem well put together. The main thing the store manager is concerned about is hiring someone who can sell tea and make goal. Of course, likable people who appear smart will have higher probability of doing so.

The manager was on time and kind. He asked common interview questions and a few advanced because he was trying to see if I would be a good fit for a manager position given my experience. I asked how I did after and he gave a very honest answer which I always really appreciate

What would you do if a sales associate wasn't meeting their sales goals?
Very quick interview, not very in depth when it came to my prior experiences. Polite and direct, very clear in laying out the expectations and the requirements of the job.

The interview process wasn't long or tedious. It took only one interview because the Assistant Manager was out of town assisting another storm. The longest part was waiting for the background check
