First call with HR to check fit and salary expectation.
Multiple interviews with the Hiring Manager.
The discussion were based on past experience and two way discussions to mutually assess whether its a good fit.
Always friendly and professional.
It moved first once the interviews with the Hiring manager started.

The process took about 8 weeks as there were 2 Job openings . Interviews were very organized and professionally done, all by video conference (Corona) . In all I had 5 interviews with about 6 different people. Some interviews had interactive situations to deal with.
