I applied online to the position and had an quick interview with the recruiter based in the states, all went well and I was then offered an interview with one of the members of the team in London. This seemed to go well from my side but obviously they weren't interested. However frustratingly I never got a rejection, just completely ghosted despite sending 2 follow up emails. Not sending a rejection email is just rude however after reading other reviews it seems like a recurring theme with this company...
