Entrevista
It took awhile to hear back. Initial phone interview with HR. Standard questions about background. Second interview was video interview with three VPO’s (one via phone) for panel-style interview. Third interview was follow-up with HR and included salary negotiations.

Entrevista
Met with the Director of Operations and the Director of Business (only two people working in the entire office). Received a phone call offering me the position before I even got home (approx. 45mins-1hr later). I should have noticed right then how eager they were.
