Called into an interview and answering a few questions. Reviewed the resume and was offered the position during the interview. Background check and reference checks were completed after the offer was given. She carefully looked over the resume and asked a few questions.

Interview with recruiter and manager process was easy basic questions regarding customer service and background in healthcare even though not necessary. Respond after a few days and onboarding is fairly simply
2 in-person interviews with management and a typing test. There was a phone interview before the in-person interview as well. Meeting with other team members, this was all before COVID. Interviews are now via zoom.

Interview process went well, Mandi is really nice. She was upfront about the job , the hours and the pay. I then did an assessment on my typing by listening to a call track of examples of patients calling in.
