It was quite thorough and technical. Initially, there was an information session followed by a paper-based test on knowledge of aviation and different fields that Team Foxtrot works on. After clearing the first round, the second round involved a formal interview with a panel of Team Foxtrot heads. If you manage to do good on the interview, you will get a formal offer to join Foxtrot
