I responded to an online advertisement for the position and was called for an interview by Mr. White. The interview was unique because he, and the department head who also interviewed me, truly made me feel relaxed, encouraged me to speak about myself, and encouraged questions. They gave me a true opportunity to interview them about the job and the company, not just answer their questions. I walked away from the interview feeling positive and Mr. White actually called me with a response when he said he would. It is important to note that I come from a strong paralegal - legal background/education; and, both the department head and Mr. White saw how my skills could be applied to the current opening.
