There was only 1 round of interview. I had an in-person interview at Carlow with a panel of 2 members and 1 other member connected online. They asked questions based on 4 set of topics that they had given from Business Analysis, Communication, Project Management. Interview was tough to crack as you had to secure a score of more than 280 out of 400. Since I hadn't scored that much and missed out closely, they didn't consider me for selection. Interview lasted for about 45mins. The person who connected online, I felt there was no connect with them and they couldn't clearly understand what I spoke as the questions on that part of the topic was the where I scored the least.
