Application form, followed by an in-person assessment centre in London. For the form, you have to demonstrate experience against the set competencies. At the assessment centre, there is a group exercise, mini lesson and formal interview.

assessment/development centre which involves
- a competency-based interview - tell me about a time etc. "how will you cope with a thankless profession?"
- participating in a group case study - typical activity to see how you work with others etc
- conducting a teaching episode- 7 minutes long, they tell you the topic in advance so you can prepare
- two self-evaluation exercises with interview

Entrevista
Efficient and formal enough. Be prepared and positivity will come you way. I thought the feedback was good however they did promote a lot of their own material during the lunch breaks.
Based around a series of assessment centre activities. A range of group activities together with a panel interview that also included a presentation (example teaching activity). Panel pretended to be 'unruly/challenging' students to emulate the experience on the programme.
