Telephone Screening (On-Call Interview) – Shortlisted candidates participated in an initial phone interview where recruiters discussed their background, experience, technical knowledge, career goals, and suitability for the position. This stage also provided an opportunity to clarify details about the role and company. On-Site Technical Interview Successful candidates from the phone screening were invited to attend an in-person technical interview. This stage involved a more detailed assessment of technical competencies, problem-solving abilities, practical knowledge, and experience relevant to the role. Candidates were also evaluated on their communication skills, approach to troubleshooting, and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
