I submitted a resume and received a short e-mail concerning the position with an included phone number. I called the number and scheduled an interview. I arrived prepared to interview and was greeted professionally. The entire interview process was the most down to Earth that I have experienced. I was given a brief run-down of the company's history, the type of contracts, company intent, what is expected of employees, benefits, and what job sites are available at the moment. I gladly accepted. It has been a while since I've had such a transparent and real interview.
