The interview was with the Team Leader. It was long and more personal mainly talking about experiences in the different markets. There was much information given about the team dynamic and the operational environment of the company.

Microsoft teams - 30 mins. It was an actual conversation not a "what is your greatest strength?" We spoke about my experience at my previous job in great detail. Obviously do the necessary research and the conversation just flows easily. All the best x
