They post a minimal job description and solicit an initial phone conversation to provide more detail and screen for fit. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Had several phone conversations before interview with owner of the company. Had to take 4 different personality tests. All in all, the process was very focused on getting the right fit on both sides.
