After a phone interview with an operations manager I was asked to come in for an in person interview with executives. I was not asked a single technical question but rather had multiple people explain to me what the job was. After leaving I sent them a thank you email but never heard back from them. A lack of courtesy given that I took a half vacation day to meet with them.
