The initial filtering happened through a screening of resumes. What was being looked upon was the level of work experience and a proven problem solving approach. Once screened the interview started. The panel consisted of one business head and the head of HR. The interview consisted of one long case, a couple of short cases and some basics of management execution.

It was a three step process, starting with a manager rounds, and then 2 practice head rounds. It was a smooth process, conducted over a period of three weeks, with regular interactions with HR on updates.
