We were directly taken to the interview process where a three-member panel took the interviews. The main focus of their interview was our M.Tech projects, and clearly they were favouring candidates with steel-related projects, as well as female candidates whose interviews lasted almost 40 minutes each, compared to male candidates (AVG. 20 minutes). In the end they selected four candidates, 3 of whom were females.
