A single round with the functional head & regional head. This process can vary depending on the urgency of the vacancy to be filled. The interview was partly unstructured with a casual discussion about the previous jobs and the industry. This was followed with a couple of real life case studies following which a very detailed job description was shared. It clarified the exact work expected out of you.

It was good. Held in two stages. Quick results and clear cut offer. Lacks a bit of empathy from HRs and lengthy hiring process. Overall good perks and benefits. But salary compensation is low.
3 rounds of interview with HR, and senior sales executives. Discussion was mostly on previous work ex and problems to solve cases of GTM strategy for a product. Expectations from the role. 5 problems I anticipated on joining the role.

Post-MBA interview: You interact with a panel of executives from the leadership team. Questions are primarily about your relevant projects, and understanding of the role and a major + point would be highlighting how you have utilized your textbook knowledge to add value to real-life problems.
