The entire interview process was very quick and smooth. I got offer letter in my hand within 7-8 days from my first round of interviews, There were 2 technical rounds and 1case study(given a few days) after which a final hr round was conducted. The feedback for each round was very quick and smooth

Contacted by an external recruiter about the job opening. After 2 months of no communication, the first interview was scheduled. The interview itself was good and the interviewer asked relevant questions. Post this there was a task that had to be completed within 3-4 days. 2-3 hours required for task completion, so not an issue. And then the final interview which in itself was not too bad. Communication by the recruiter throughout the process was a bit unprofessional with no clarity on when the next interview is going to be scheduled and constant rescheduling. However after the interview was over, there was absolutely no communication and the recruiter was unavailable and didn't give a straight forward response. Very disappointed with the way it was handled. Felt as if the interviews were a sham since they were only 30-40 mins long and the only thing that mattered was the task which was in a way a free consultation for them without actually having to hire for the role.
