First, there was a phone call, After that, I got the phone call they interviewed on phone.
Later I was given the written assignment. I was given the one scenario to write on. Later I got the face to face interview. THE INTERVIEW WENT FOR 1 hour
Online psychometric test followed by phone interview. Phone interview involved competency based questions (Describe a time when...) Assessment centre consisted of a presentation then technical interview with an engineer and HR person. Overall lasted for a couple of hours.
