After qualifying the NQT i was invited to an in-person interview. Which comprised of two stages Technical and HR. My panel consisted of a veteran and a young interviewer. The process was average difficulty as per me, as i had prepared well.

Entrevista
Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
