Mine interview was conducted in my college placement drive. First round was a technical interview round. Difficulty level depends on the interviewer you get, there will be a plenty and will range from highly technical to easy going. Mine was the later one. Asked some basic questions about c++ and some easy logical and reasoning questions. Some others were pretty grilling too and will ask questions based on your college stream and any computer language you have knowledge about. Basically the objective is to know if you are proficient enough in basic logical reasoning and communication skills.

By clearing an nqt exam you can attend an in-person interview I got Ninja offer but i attended for digital role. The questions were easy-moderate and we can easily clear the interview if we prepare our resume
