It was an on campus recruitment process. Those with 75% above through out were eligible for direct interview whereas the others had to give a test. On the day of the interview, we had to go through two rounds. Round 1 was technical. My interviewers asked me questions from both my field and from IT Round 2 was a brief with the HR person who asked if I wanted to do this job and will I be comfortable in moving.
