Joining as a fresher, the company has 3 rounds of interview.
1st stage is the written test which is basically elimination round.
2nd stage is the technical interview which revolves around your area of specialization / degree.
3rd stage is the hr round.
Final selection list is usually out after few days of the interview and offer letter is provided via email.

The panel had 3 members. I was asked mostly about on my internship experience. Questions about your specialization are pretty common. They don't expect you to know everything as it's an entry level job but you must be confident when you answer. The interview was going on for 10 minutes maybe and they were really good.

Business Aptitude test, after that if cleared, they will mail nd invite for interview. It comprises of managerial, Tr and hr round all in one, and mostly they will ask deep dive into your resume, current affairs and technical questions related to the skills.

"Tell me about a time you led a team through a difficult project."
"How do you prioritize competing deadlines?"
Situational Questions: These gauge your problem-solving skills.
"Imagine a team member is consistently underperforming. How would you handle this?"
"Why Us" Questions: These check your motivation and fit.
"Why are you interested in a management trainee role specifically at our company?"
