they ask the questions from easy to difficult level. interview is quite average. they have taken interview round and HR round from everyone. HR is good and they offer the package for freshers in two parts 1st is 3.6lpa and other is 7.5lpa

It was a walkin interview. In first round I was asked very basic questions related to technology I worked in. After that there a managerial round with project related questions. And then at last HR round.

Good process it was very elaborative .
It consists for 4 rounds and rounds get tougher as you go up the ladder.
The process is transparent and you understand what mistakes you have made.
