I got placed in a recruitment drive. South India. More than 80 thousand candidates I guess.
Just after my UG.
3 levels of selection process:
-Written Aptitude screening- Quants, verbal, logical reasoning questions.
-1 on 1 technical interview.
-1 on 1 Management Review.
There is always a bench time for freshers.
