Internal referral process selection it was, not a walkin. Interview process was firstly and directly with team leader, project manager and lastly followed by HR interview. Then after two days waiting period offer was made.

Interview process was not difficult. I was appointed for Accounts Payable domain as Senior Process Associate. They asked me regarding my previous work experience and basics of AP. Prepare journal entries and if you're experienced then do elaborate about your work experience.
