Hiring through campus interview depends on your GRADE POINT AVERAGE obtained in your graduation level & on your collage obviously. If your score in B.E/B.TECH is more than 75% then you can go for a direct PI round. but if your score is in 60%-75% then you have to sit for an Aptitude test.if you pass that round then you have to sit for the PI round. that's all.

As I am from a Five star University of India so they didn't ask me any tough question. They ask me some simple HR question like why you want to come here though you are from CIVIL engineering stream.
