1st Round
Technical-> Sample Java qs on MultiThreading, Exceptions, FIle Handling, JSP, Servlets.
You can expect some basic Puzzzles.
Also some questions related to the challenges faced in ur prev company.
2nd Round: Managerial. About Projects and stuffs. Easier one. No prep reqd, if u had really worked in a project.

Interview Process was pretty Much Easy
like we had 2 interview at the same day
first was Technical interview where they ask questioned based on the skill you have mentioned in the Resume
they go through it and yes
the next was supposed to be hr but for me i had again a technical and HR round
where the asked about SQL and Stuff they gave me a situation and answer accordingly and from hr ide the basic hr question like relocating stuff etc
