      Entrevista

      I interviewed with several members of senior leadership including the CEO of Tastemade. The interviews themselves were not very difficult however it was clear from the start that they didn't have a clear vision for what this position would be handling. The job description was written vaguely and when asked what the main responsibilities of the role would be every person had a different answer. I was referred to the position internally and after my interview with the CEO I didn't hear anything for several weeks until I received a standard form rejection letter. This was very unprofessional given that I was referred to the job by an internal employee and had spoken with multiple people in senior leadership.
