The recruiter reached out 2-3 months after my initial online application to schedule a phone screen with her (the first round of recruits didn't seem to be a fit). I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, a video conference interview with two peers on the same team, a lengthy assignment for the interview process, an on-site interview with a direct report into this role (who clearly had no interest interviewing for her potential new boss, as it seemed she wanted the role herself) and a lead for another team (half of the schedule cancelled the day of). After all that, all i got was an automated "we've filled the position" generated email. TERRIBLE! The recruiting process says a lot about the values and culture of the company and its disappointing to see a company treat candidates with no regard.
