      I applied back in Tennessee and after 40 minutes I had gotten a call from Candace asking for an interview. There was miss communication and we did not do a video call like expected. I was nervous but she was so nice that I calmed down and the interview call was easy and came natural to me. She asked me to do an assessment and it was easy, but I thought I failed the typing portion because she didn't call that following Monday like she said she would. Two weeks passed and I didn't hear back. I figured I failed the assessment and didn't get the job. Then Adnois called me and scheduled a video call. Due to the Covid, i had no one to watch my son and couldn't do the interview the day we scheduled for. Adonis was quick to respond. It took him 2 minutes literally to respond back and reschedule. Day of schedule, he pushes my interview an hour later. I was very upset because I was in the process of moving, but I wanted this job so bad, I knew I could knock out two birds with one stone. During the video call, I was freaking out. I don't video call people and Adonis made me feel welcomed and my feeling and ideas important. I told him about my worries about my family not being above the job or that my family wouldn't be included in the company and he assured me they are working on incorporating more family time. My son means the world so the more the company welcomes him, the better I feel about how I am welcomed. Just as I was moving to Texas, Adonis assured me the training would start the 16th. It wasn't clear that I had gotten the job, but I didn't question it. I just kept nodding and filling out paperwork. Eventually he said, welcome to the team! So it took a week to find out if I had gotten the job, but I was told I would start on the 16th. The day I left Tenneesse, I was told by Adonis I needed to finish paperwork and start class on the 9th. That was 8 days away, and the paperwork needed to be done on the 1st. I told him it was hard for me to do that since I didn't have WiFi, places were closed. So I didn't like that during the moving process, he was very "un-"understanding. I did it anyway, Army has always taught me there's a way and there's leverage. So I get here and I swamped with last minute paperwork that needs to be done within a week.

      N/A. I was invited to interview after an assessment. I got a 24hr reminder 1hr reminder and then 5 minutes before the interview I was emailed that the interview was canceled. I was in the video call 5 minutes early so I did not receive this email so I waited for 10 minutes. This feels quite unprofessional as accommodations were made on my end to have this interview.

      Entrevista

      The interview process was great. After completing the assessment which was fairly challenging, I had a wonderful video interview which I felt comfortable, heard and it peaked my interest even more in the position and company. I was told I would hear back from them in a couple of days, which I did and from there an offer was made and the on boarding experience was seamless. Overall I was challenged, pleased with the interview and the process of filling out paperwork was a breeze!
