Right away, they aren't just looking for 'robots.' At the Molino site, they really lean into the 'Ridiculous' culture. The recruiter was checking if I actually have a personality and if I can speak naturally rather than sounding like I’m reading a script.

Almost everyday they conduct interviews via zoom and they also offer work from home jobs that is more relevant today. Gives so much opportunity to those who are far from the offices, less hassle for commute.
Easy, come in confident and willingness to learn. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Very chill process, discuss how your prior experience is relevant to the position. Recruiters are kind and want to know more about YOU and how you are a good fit for the company.
