Had a phone call with the recruiter which was pleasant. However, I was alarmed when it seemed like they didn't fully know the responsibilities of the role, nor details about the team I was interviewing for. It honestly felt like they were reading the job description from the career site while being multitasking. I have worked in recruiting before so this felt like a huge red flag being on the other end. To top things off, I never heard back after following up. They simply just took the posting off their job platforms. Really disappointing since I was referred too.
